Happy Halloween!

Halloween is the second biggest holiday at Fuhsing. It is fun, that's for sure. I captivated my grade eight and nine boys classes this afternoon with a comic movie about Halloween, popquiz, reading a scary story aloud and having them design a costume (the captivation may have something to do with the Fruit Roll-ups from Costco). Last week we had shows for kindergarten and grade one, too.

Becky (the substitute teacher), Julia and I are ready to put on a show!


The grade one classes (above) went on a parade around the courtyard. The kindergarten kids had an assembly in the basement. Louise and Kathleen B. had to MC the whole thing!
